►Being a co-parent to kids who are regularly taken care of.
►Being a relative to kids who are regularly taken care of.
►When relatives feed and take care of your kids.
►Doing neglect reports.
►Doing surveys.
►Creating a Place that users have to pay to get into.
►Being chosen the winner in a contest.
►Having the most popularity votes in a contest.
►Purchasing baby bucks with a credit card.

Q: Where can I see how many baby bucks I have?
A: Go to your M.A.B homepage. In the right hand corner near the top in bold letters where it says Baby Bucks Balance is how many baby bucks you have.

Q: I'm not getting the right amount of baby bucks for each care action I do?
It is because your child's bars aren't full. When your child’s bars are completely full, then you get the full amount of baby bucks.

Q: I took a survey and didn't get my baby bucks, how do I get them?
A: Go to your M.A.B homepage. Located in the dark blue toolbar, is the option “Earn Bucks ”. Click that. It will bring you to a new page. You should see a green rectangular box that says -View Offer Status-. Underneath that there is a link to -Missing Baby Bucks-. Find the offer you did and click the -Contact Support- link. Select the first option, ‘I filled out the offer, no points’. You have to have saved the confirmation email from the company, because they require a copy of that to confirm that you did the offer. After that is done, you should receive your baby bucks within a few days. If you didn’t receive a conformation letter but did the survey then go to the offer that hasn't sent you conformation and click the -Contact Support- link. Instead of selecting the first option, select the second, ‘I just have a question.’ Say that you didn’t receive a conformation letter. If that doesn't work, there isn't really much else you can do.

A: Yes. Neglect reports are not anonymous. Whomever you report will get a notification telling them that their baby is being neglected.

A: The amount increases and decreases constantly, so there is no set amount.
